The former England captain and Manchester United winger will be returning to Old Trafford for the first time as a club player, in the crunch Champions league tie with AC Milan.

On Beckham’s return, Ferguson was recently quoted in the press saying “The only difference with David’s return to Manchester United compared with other players is that there will be a big media circus surrounding him when Milan arrives. He’s such a high-profile celebrity – not just a high-profile footballer – and we haven’t really seen anybody else return to the club in that situation. Our job is to concentrate on the football match and let the David Beckham media circus carry on – we know we’re not going to stop it anyway.”

In February 2003, Ferguson famously admitted to kicking a boot at David Beckham in a dressing room fracas that ultimately would conclude in the player’s sale to Real Madrid for £23million that summer. Sir Alex Ferguson acknowledged kicking a football boot in an angry tirade, which struck Beckham and left a gash above his left eye; needing several stitches to close. The incident occurred after United lost 2-0 to Arsenal in the fifth round of the FA Cup. Ferguson stormed into the dressing room and kicked the cleated shoe, which struck the then England captain. Ferguson found himself in a crisis management situation, with the ever growing popularity of David Beckham became a threat to the empire he had built at Old Trafford.

The details of the outburst were never truly disclosed, although the nature of Beckham’s ever growing celebrity status was believed to be one of the major triggers of the incident. With Fergusson’s recent comments referring to the ‘media circus’ surrounding the player, it would seem Fergie still has a bee in his bonnet about players who create a public image for themselves outside the sporting arena (al la McGrath, Whiteside, Ince, Yorke and Ronaldo).
There is no doubt the celebrity PR machine that is David Beckham still acts as a huge annoyance to Sir Alex. The Beckham Empire has developed into a global franchise and has arguably become bigger than both Ferguson and Manchester United. However, in many ways, Ferguson has been proven right to sell one of the most gifted English players in living memory.

Since departing the club seven years ago, Beckham has picked up only one major trophy; whereas Ferguson and Utd have gone on to win nine.
In reality, Ferguson will be please with the media circus Beckham will bring with him to Old Trafford. It will allow him to play his old mind games and manipulate the football PR machine to his own advantage. The more attention given to Beckham, the less focus there will be on his own players in the build up to the fixture.

Ferguson has been an expert executioner of effective public relations in the past and in another life would have made an exceptional publicity agent. With Beckham spending the majority of his playing time in the United States and a possible retirement from football after the World Cup – both titans of the game know that this may be the first, last and only time they will face each other as opponents.

With Beckham’s media circus about to arrive, it will surely be Ferguson who will prevail as the ringmaster.

The older you get, the more you learn. For the longest I was under the impression that making more money would make things in my life easier. But after time I began to realize one very important thing. What I realized is that the more money I made, the more I would spend leaving myself in the exact same position as before.

No matter how much you make, if you cannot manage your money you will be broke. This has become increasingly important with me making money online. Paydays are not guaranteed and you do not necessarily know when one will come. So if I spend every dollar I get when it comes in, there will be no way I could live this Dot com lifestyle that I do.

I enjoy having the free time that I have and the ability to work from anywhere with an internet connection but you have to be responsible with your earnings. What has been working for me is of every dollar I pull in, I take 30% of it to hold onto and keep the rest to play around with. Of that 30%, I take 10% and put it into my savings account, 10% for investing, and 10% for tithing. And I literally do this with EVERY dollar I make both offline and on.

For those that have read any of the Rich Dad series by Robert Kiyosaki this may sound familiar. It will sound familiar because that is who I took this practice from. Now his financial situation is much better than mine because he has been doing this much longer than I have. He has his set up to where 80% of every dollar he makes goes to savings/investing/tithing and 20% to play around with. That is my goal to get like that one day but I simply cannot in my current situation.

So with that being said, take a look at your own finances and if they are not where you want them to be re-evaluate what you do with your money. Fill out a financial statement and really pay attention to it! You cannot get to where you want to be without first seeing where you are.

I mentioned in the video blog on Saturday about the weekend I had planned and boy was it one for the ages. There were so many different things that went down of note but I will only touch on a few on them to give you an idea of how it was. It started out by me picking my sands (line brothers) up from the air port and immediatly heading over to the Coors brewry to take the plant tour and get some free drinks:)

It took us about 35 minutes to get there and we skipped the entire tour to go straight to the free samples haha. They gave us three 10 oz beers of our chose which set us on the right track for the weekend. After that we came back to my house for them to drop off their luggage and get settle in. Once settle, we headed downtown to grab some food and find something to get into.

Seafood was on everybody’s mind so we picked a very nice seafood restaurant downtown and dined there for the evening. It was a rather expensive restaurant but we figured we are on vacation so price was not really an issue and we went forward on having a good time. I went ahead and ordered the grilled salmon with rice pilaf, had a glass of wine with the food, and a glass of Blandon’s whiskey after the meal. I am not normally a wine drinker but if it compliments the food them I am always game. Once the food was finished we headed to Tilted Kilt across the street for a few more drinks before heading home.

Saturday came and we were up bright and early to try and beat the traffic headed to the ski resort. Although we were up early, we still ended up being stuck in traffic and it took almost two hours to get to the resort. After we arrived it was much warmer than I anticipated and was a beautiful day for skiing. We signed up for the beginner ski lessons since it would be much cheaper this way and 2 out of the 3 people in my party had never been skiing before (myself included).

Yet after hearing that the ski lesson would be 2.5 hours my friends decided to go off on their own after the first 5 minutes of the lesson while I stayed for its entirety. I tore my ACL once already and was not trying to get injured doing something foolish. The lesson turned out to be very useful and I learned alot. I did not fall one time during the lesson and only ended up falling twice the entire day.

But one of the two times I fell, I fell HARD! The slope became VERY steep out of nowhere and I picked up a large amount of speed in a short amount of time. I soon lost control and realize that the only way to stop would be to take a dive, but at the speed I was going that was even difficult. I hit the ground, my ski’s broke off, poles flew in the opposite direction, and I slid at least 30 feet on my back down the mountain. I was so thankful that I was still alive after that and went back to an easier trail lol.

After fending off the blizzard that blew in as we were leaving we headed back home to rest up for the game on Sunday. We took the train there to avoid paying to park and got to the game right in time for tipoff. Although we had very good seats that were 6 rows from the floor, we only sat in them about 30% of the time. The majority of the time we were either at the bar or out talking to women. Oddly enough, my friend Keith found somebody from Purdue at the game that he had class with. Small world. But the games was great and I actually got a number from one of the Celtics cheerleaders haha. Great success!

All in all the weekend was great, somewhat painful but great! I included a few of the many pictures we took below.

Last year two of my friends and myself took a trip to the Purdue Union to place some Dance Dance Revolution (DDR). While I was on the machine, Jeff decided to whip out his camera phone and record me playing. We did not realize till after watching it that my other friend to the liberty to dance along to himself without knowing he was being recorded. Needless to say the video from the phone made it to youtube.

Not only did it make it to youtube, but then a old neighborhood friend that went to IU found the video and created a mashup with other dancing scenes from throughout the web. The finished product can be found below and from 2:22-2:38 is yours truly then if your direct your eyes to the bottom left of me you will see my friend V expressing himself through dance as well haha. Enjoy!

If you are running out of cash and needs to pay the bills immediately, no faxing payday loans may come in a handy for your urgent money needs.

Most lending companies in the market today are promoting this kind of loan facility in order to protect the private information coming from customers from easy access by the public. In the past, most lending companies require the submission of identification requirement thru fax which most of the time allows for private information to be learned by certain individuals who don’t need to get this information at any rate. Because of this, lending companies are omitting the process of sending information thru fax machines, enabling personal information to be kept safe from unauthorized users.

Because of the innovation posed by no faxing cash advance loans, individuals who engage in this activity are assured that their personal information will not land in the wrong hands. The confidentiality given by these transactions allows peace of mind for loan applicants and provides for handiness in loan applications. The good thing about having to eliminate the need for the fax machine in entering into these kinds of transaction is that it allows for a faster processing of payday loans to suite your urgent needs for cash.

No faxing payday loans are actually designed for the fast processing of loan approvals for cash advance loans. Because of this, loan applications for payday loans will never be the same again in the sense that the processing of these loans can be instant. Because the fax machine no longer becomes necessary in this kind of loan facility, loan approvals are faster and the proceeds of payday loans are immediately credited into the client’s accounts in a matter of several hours thus providing the fastest solutions for your immediate transactions be it a bill that needs to be paid at once, or an emergency that needs to be taken into consideration immediately.

The customer sensitivity offered by the no faxing payday loans is being employed by most lending companies. Most of the companies engaged in this kind of transaction promises that personal information coming from clients will be saved accurately and will never be divulged in any way. Safety measures when it comes to information storage are also being employed by these companies for the protection of client’s personal information.

For most individuals, this feature of no fax cash advance loans makes the big difference. It is a big advantage because it not only allows for fast processing of loans, it also allow secrecy on the client’s side in that they no longer have to worry about personal information passing from one side to the other. No faxing payday loans not only allow individuals the secrecy of their personal information, it also provides for the timely processing of loan applications to suite the untimely needs of individuals under extreme pressure from unexpected payments. Not only does it allow a dose of sensitivity to client’s needs, it allows greater satisfaction to client’s especially for those who want to keep their private informations private.

What I found out was that they were offering free two-hour seminars for anybody interested in attending. All you had to do was register online to secure your seat and wait for your confirmation via email. Now although Robert Kiyosaki himself will not be in attendance, it will still have members if his education team teaching his methods and that is just as good to me.

I own and have read many of Robert’s books and look forward to seeing what they have to say and possibly networking with other entrepreneurs there. The seminar is scheduled for February 23 and will be held at a hotel not too far away from where I reside. Recently I have been dying to attend any conference, seminar, trade show, or convention that I could and free opportunities like this I just could not pass up.

I believe they are offering these all over the country and probably in an area near you. So if you can look into it and see if one is in your area. You never know what opportunities may arise from attending. I put the ad copy that was on the website below for you to get a better idea of what will be covered:

At your fast-paced, action-oriented Learn to be Rich™ Workshop, you’ll discover:

How to raise your financial IQ

The way to channel your desire for wealth into actual money-making opportunities

Be prepared to learn a step-by-step system that will show you how to put the dynamic principles of the blockbuster bestseller Rich Dad® Poor Dad into vibrant action in your life.

Come Ready to Learn and Depart Ready to Earn,

**Update** Credit is now gone but stay tune for future giveaways. I get these pretty frequently (around holidays) so I will be giving more away as I receive them!

I have a treat for you today. I have been receiving Google Adwords coupon vouchers for a while, but the thing is the only apply to new account activations. It is strange that they keep sending me these seeing how I have an active account and cannot use it but oh well. So after checking out the fine print on the voucher, it says the coupon is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered. Well I guess I can do the next best thing which is to give it away for free!

The coupon is for $100 in free Adwords credits. Like I mentioned it is only for new accounts and that is the reason why I cannot use it. The offer expires March 31, 2010 and the offer drops to $75 on March 5th, 2010. So since I cannot use it, the first person to shoot me an email at mike.booker@tgtmoney.com saying that you want the coupon code it will be theirs. Only message me if you currently do not have an adwords account and actually plan on using it. Otherwise save the code for somebody that will use it.

So whenever I need a megaupload search or am trying to find a rapidshare file then filesbay.net is usually were I go. It comes in handy when you need to find those obscure files and do not feel like searching the net all day. Trust me, it works wonders. It is like the Google of torrent search engines and .rar files, so if you are a downloader or uploader I recommend you check it out.
