About Me

Well the site has been up for a little over a year now and I finally found it necessary to update my About page. So welcome to TGTmoney. Here I offer services such as internet marketing, web design, and internet training.

For the first time visitor, this site use to be hosted on blogger. It quickly grew up and needed a platform that could handle the strains and needs of a full time internet marketer so I wisely switched to Wordpress. The switch was a very educational experience seeing how I never transfered a sites content from one Content Management Service (CMS) to the next. But I got over and have been building the brand ever since!

A little something about me. My name is Michael Booker (self-proclaimed personification of speed). I was all-state in track and bound for the state champions ships my senior year in the 400 meter dash and 4×400 meter relay until I had a season ending ACL tear 2 days before the meet. Needless to say my career was over. I normally go by my last name “Booker” to those who am I am close with. I lived in Merrillville, IN pretty much all my life.

I spent 3 years in West Lafayette, IN while attending Purdue University where I served as president of my fraternity (Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.) as well as being featured in the school paper for my dedication to Halo 3. You can check out the article HERE . Before discovering the internet, I had many odd jobs and never had a problem finding work. But one day I realized I was sick of making all my employers rich so I began my internet marketing journey.

And what a journey it has been. I have met some very smart and talented individuals both in person and online while building relationships to help me along with my online adventures. I have started numerous sites from the ground up, some of them were successful and some of them were not. I am actually happy that some of my sites failed because it allowed me to analyze it and see exactly why the site did not work. I would not be able to learn much if all my sites were perfect.

I enjoy Rubik’s cubes and my best time for solving was 1 minute and 38 seconds! Other than that when I am not perusing the intraweb I can be found playing Marvel vs Capcom 2 (one of the greatest fighting games of all time!) and trying to come up with a sales pitch to get the “clear” crayon added to the Crayola box.
