After attending Blog World Expo, I was able to get a behind the scenes look at the blogs of people who generate a full time income from it. I mentioned this earlier but what became blatantly apparent was that their sites were not the flashiest sites in the world. They did not have all the latest coding and programming techniques in use or a bunch of colors. What they had was a strong internet marketing campaign in place and that is what leads to their success.
So after taking in this information I began to think. I began to think about how I can scale down my site and redesign it for success. This entire week I have been playing around with the design and ad placement on my other two sites but now TGTmoney is in store for a redesign.
I need to work on different colors and maybe a new layout. I might end up going back to a (2-1-1) design as opposed to the current (1-2-1). It is all part of the process of making my sites as lean as efficient as possible.
Within the last week I just joined a few more affiliate networks as well so I will be sure to let you know how those produce for me. I would rather show you results with the network and how you can replicate them before I post a referral link up J There is no reason for you to join a network that I linked too and do not know how to produce. Neither of us will benefit from that.
But the testing is underway and I am on my way to becoming a speaker at next year’s Blog World Expo!
