<description>The same thing you describe so well...is exactly what I have been going through.

Well PUT.....
Now when this first happened to one of my ads, I figure that this was probably protocol for all ads or they were just very busy and would get to my ad as soon as possible. I have worked with Google products before and never had any issues with them. My faith in them was pretty strong up to this point so I waited a few days to let their “process” run its course.

Well a few days have passed, 3 to be exact I this is just getting ridiculous. I am a paying customer yet I cannot receive value for my money. Not only can I not receive value, they will not give me the decency of a timely and accurate response to why exactly this is happening. So like any irate and paying customer of a service that gives no answers to why they are not providing the value you promised, I ran to BING and looked for other Adwords horror stories. Now there definitely was not a lack of these stories for it seems this is a very, VERY common issue.

This was somewhat of a relief to know I was not the only person this is happening to but it also meant that I would be in a long line to get my issue looked at. I guess this is what a company can do when they have a complete monopoly over the market. Disregard a glaring issue with their program and answer questions as they see fit.

Google has definitely dropped the ball with this one and I am very disappointed with their service. Hopefully, this post finds its way to the fine people at the Google office so they can see how the little people feel about this atrocity.

This seem like needed support personel would increase the whole US economy as well we could get money, and pass it on to those needy people.

I hope to see a change soon!
