About a week ago I read a free report by Brad Callen that covered a section on integration marketing. I decided to share my notes with you to show you what I learned and hopefully make you some money.
Integration Marketing
-Process of integrating your product offer into someone else’s sales funnel
Perfect example of this is the “Coke/Pepsi” example. Coke and Pepsi are two of the largest brands in the world. The sell millions of products every year and have a pretty good relationship with their custom base. But if you notice, neither Pepsi nor Coke sells any of their products from dedicated Pespi/Coke stores.
So then question is, how do they sell their product? We all know but probably never thought about it fully. What both Pepsi and Coke do is use integration marketing. They both use other people’s sales funnel to get their product sold and give the seller a commission and they make a profit.
Now do you begin to see what I am getting at? They get other people to do all the marketing work for them, all they do is supply the seller with a quality product that the customer wants and gives a commission. But how can you benefit from this technique? Well I am about to tell you.
For our purposes as internet marketers, we will be placing our product into other people’s sales funnel. More specifically we need place our product offer in two places:
- Other people’s product “thank you page”
- Other people’s newsletter signup “thank you page”
Both places are almost always unused real estate and they get extremely targeted traffic directly to your product.
Since you now understand the concept of integration marketing and where to place your product offers you probably have some questions.
- Why would this person want to add your offer to their “thank you page”?
- How would we find these people in the first place?
This Is Why They Would Let You
The answers are simple. For the first question you would sell the fact that it is a complete win/win for both parties involved. Once the ad is up it runs on complete auto-pilot. After the owner sets it up (which takes about 5 minutes) they have to do nothing more except watch the commissions roll in. There is no need for them to sign-up for anything on their own nor do they have to pay for anything. You would supply them with an html affiliate link and let it work on its own.
Your perks include but are not limited to:
- There are an unlimited number of “thank you pages”
- 100% complete auto-pilot
- You let others generate the traffic for you
This is a great way to capitalize off a very large mailing list. I am going to use John Chow as an example because I have seen screen shots of his mailing list numbers. Imagine if you put your product on his list of 26,000. You would have 26,000 targeted leads viewing your product. The odds of a sale coming from this would be great with numbers like those.
Finding People to Joint Venture With
Now to answer the next question, how to find these people in the first place.
Simply perform a Google search for: topic name “your privacy is safe with us”
- Topic name is self explanatory, you would search for whatever type of product you have to target the correct niche
- The phrase “your privacy is safe with us” is very common to put below email opt-in forms
Now you have the contact information needed to get your product sold. But Google will probably pull up thousands, maybe millions of sites that meet those terms so you need to sort out which would best be worth your time. What you would need to do is check the sites Alexa ranking and Google Page Rank to determine its traffic.
After you find which sites you would best benefit from putting you offer on, it is time to send your sales pitch and watch the money roll in.
Like I mention before these are just my notes, so if you are confused on anything I mention leave your question in the comments and I will get to it.
