With 2009 being right around the corner, the web as well as every other form of media has been flooded with Resolution stories. Now as much as I HATE to conform to society, I only find it fitting that I do one as well. But this will be the ONLY post like this that I plan on doing. So next year around this time if you spot me doing a “cop-out” resolution post, please feel free to reprimand me however you see fit. (jk ofcourse
But anywho, lets get this thing on the road:
1. Continue to update my blog
2. Establish and maintain helpful contacts within niche
3. Give back as much knowledge as possible
4. Buy a dog and name him “u-turn”
5. Spend more time with the family
6. Do something meaningful with internet profits
7. Inspire someone through my articles
That should be enough tasks for the moment. I feel all of these are reasonable things for me to work towards. If you have any other suggestions for resolutions or an idea for the name of the dog (other than u-turn haha), let me know. If ya like what you read, hit the subscribe. Later

For those of you who like real hip hop, I recommend you check out the works of MURS. He is a west coast rapper that works with 9th Wonder and has a “story tell” type flow. I have been listening to him very hard lately and his song is actually what inspired me to right this.
Murs has a song titled “Dreamchaser”, and in this song he says the line “ppl tend to chase money because they are scared to chase dreams.” It took me awhile to catch him say that but after I did it got me thinking. It had me thinking of how true that statement really is. I see everyday people who are gifted or passionate about something only to put it on the backburner because it is “not profitable”. Yes we live in a capitalistic society where we have to pay the bills, but ppl need to not hold money on such a high pedestal. The rich look at money like a game and play it as such. When people put forth the passion, hardwork, and patience neccesary for success, anything can be turn into a profitable situation.
Lil Wayne has a line that sums this up nicely. He says “the difference between me and you is when you get money, you go crazy. When I go crazy, I get money!”

So I recently joined Twitter to see what all of the fuss about. For those of you who do not know what Twitter is, its a social network used for keeping people updated with the parts of your life they normally do not witness. In a nutshell, it is a website devoted primarily to Facebook statuses.
But do not let this site fool you. It may seem not to do much but Twitter updates give ppl the chance to see that celebrities or business ppl live normal lives just as everybody else. This service has actually lead to business deals and the best part of it all is it is FREE.
Yet, for bloggers this service can be a gift and a curse. Although I just started using Twitter a couple days ago, I noticed I began to fall into the habit of updating my Twitter rather than my blog. It was so convienient to throw up a quick tweet that I felt it would hold readers over until the next day when I had time to blog. Then the next day comes and guess what….. no blog, but I did have a full day of Twitter updates.
So what I want to get across is that Twitter can be a great tool for you readers to keep up with you until you get to your blog. Just make sure YOU ACTUALLY GET TO YOUR BLOG. Also follow me on twitter:
